The project defines quality management roles and procedures in culinary innovation for cultural heritage, supporting emerging adults.
This document presents RELISH's Quality Management Plan (QMP) and describes the mechanisms to manage and control quality during the project's development and for its outputs and procedures. The QMP defines the organisation, procedures, roles, and responsibilities related to quality management and control. It is a milestone (M1.2) for the European Union-funded RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) project, which innovates culinary recipes as digital and cultural tools to promote cultural heritage and connect with emerging adults.
