This record contains the preprint manuscript and replication package for A Conditional Entropy-Governed Framework for the Yang–Mills Mass Gap. The paper develops a gauge-invariant entropy functional combined with the Yang–Mills action to form a modified effective action, studied numerically under explicit conditional assumptions (A1–A6). A self-contained replication package (17 checks, 18 pytest tests; all passing) is included as replication.zip.
