Proposes an optimization method that improves track smoothness in railway systems, indicating significant efficiency gains.
The smoothness of railway tracks is essential for the high-speed, stable, and safe operation of trains. However, the limitations of the adjustable range of fasteners in ballastless track systems, coupled with complex static acceptance criteria, present significant challenges in efficiently and accurately implementing automated control of track geometric irregularities. This paper proposes a rapid iterative optimization adjustment method for ballastless track irregularity of railway based on dynamic chord length (R-IOABLT-DCL). This method considers the sensitive wavelength domain that induces self-vibration in vehicles, employing state evaluation and optimal determination to construct a multi-wavelength irregularity constraint model. It adaptively adjusts the model's multi-wavelength parameters and constraint boundaries, allowing for iterative optimization of track geometric irregularities within the adjustable range of fasteners. Experiments demonstrate that this method can efficiently and automatically achieve a high level of track smoothness. Compared with the original state, the maximum improvement in track regularity after adjustment can reach 87.7%. Moreover, compared to IOABLT, it improves efficiency by 86.5% while controlling the difference in irregularity ranges within 3.7%.
