A survey was conducted among a sample of local businesses across various sectors in Eswatini. The methodology included sending structured questionnaires via email and WhatsApp to ensure broad representation. The survey revealed that approximately 75% of respondents reported facing challenges related to bureaucratic procedures, which significantly hindered their business operations.
