This case report describes Tako-Tsubo cardiomyopathy in a 92-year-old woman, highlighting its presentation as an acute reversible cause of segmental myocardial dysfunction mimicking acute coronary syndrome.
May warrant consideration in ACS differentials among nonagenarians; leaves open epidemiology and outcomes in this age group.

Its clinical presentation is similar to that of acute coronary syndrome and is often precipitated by a severe psychological or physical stress.
