Version 1.9.0 introduces no new operational mechanisms. This preambulum adds three declarative elements to the existing framework: methodological provenance (civil, non-institutional origin, consumer-grade tools, multi-AI moderated workflow); a transhumanoid priority claim (timestamped, structurally coherent engagement as traceable precedence in future human–AGI collaborative layers); and a certification displacement principle (post hoc evaluation by a sufficiently capable AGI as the only admissible certification). The framework remains mechanically identical to v1.8.1.
