Green synthesis of nanohybrids reveals enhanced bioactivity in marine algae-derived composites, suggesting potential applications.
Green synthesis of Ag/Al₂O₃ and Ag/CoO/Al₂O₃ nanohybrids was achieved using Sargassum latifolium extract as a bioreductant. The resulting nanocomposites were thoroughly characterized and exhibited enhanced antioxidant and antibacterial activities. Molecular docking revealed strong binding affinities of key phytochemicals (e.g., naringenin) to bacterial targets. This eco-friendly,marine-algae-based approach offers a sustainable platform for developing multifunctional nanomaterials for biomedical and environmental applications.
