Abstract

インフラ分野のdxを通じて,業務の生産性向上や意思決定の高度化を実現するためには,事業構造の分析や事業で利用・生成される情報の可視化が不可欠である.本研究では,高速道路舗装を対象として,ライフサイクルを形成する事業プロセスに対し,情報の入出力に注目した構造モデルの作成および利用・生成される全ての情報の抽出を行い,マネジメントod表を構築した.これにより,舗装事業における情報フローを可視化し,現状の情報連携の課題と,さらなる情報利活用の可能性を明らかにした.さらに,アソシエーション分析を適用し,情報フローの定量的評価を行った.異なる事業状態を想定して情報フローを比較することにより,現状の事業構造や情報連携における優先的な改善箇所を明示した.
