While traditional models focus primarily on structural and operational aspects, this framework emphasizes the role of behavioral dynamics, leadership mindset, and decision-making patterns in influencing business outcomes. The paper outlines the need for a holistic approach that connects strategy with execution and presents a structured model for validation through empirical research. The objective is to develop a scalable and practical framework that can support sustainable growth in MSMEs.
