This work introduces a geometric framework in which information is treated as the fundamental substrate of physical reality. A scalar radius field encodes temporal evolution and defines an informational structure. Energy, mass, consciousness, and identity emerge from this structure through successive derivatives. A nonlinear field equation governing the system is derived, providing a unified description linking geometry, information, and physical observables.
