It analyzes existing research and technologies used in placement systems, highlighting their features, advantages, and limitations. The study identifies key challenges such as lack of real-time communication, poor user experience, and limited integration capabilities in current systems. Based on the identified research gaps, this paper proposes Training&PlacementHub, a cross-platform application designed to streamline campus recruitment processes. The proposed system leverages modern web technologies to provide efficient student management, recruiter interaction, and real-time notifications. This review aims to contribute to the development of more efficient and scalable placement management solutions in educational institutions.
