The standard hypothetico-deductive scientific method (HD method) operates with binary truth values, linear hypothesis testing, and an implicit assumption of investigator neutrality. URB #510 refuted investigator neutrality (Unavoidable Embedding Theorem). URB #509 established that contradictions are ubiquitous and navigable rather than eliminable. URB #511 identified LCC as the formal measure of epistemic calibration. The TI Sigma Reformed Scientific Method (TIRSM) synthesizes these findings into a complete replacement for the HD method — one that is more rigorous, not less, because it operates with the actual structure of knowledge rather than an idealized fiction of it. TIRSM incorporates: (1) **Prior Extraction** before hypothesis formation; (2) **4-valued hypothesis states** (TRUE/FALSE/TRALSE/MRPEND) replacing binary accept/reject; (3) **LCC coherence scoring** replacing binary p-value thresholds; (4) **MR1 gating** of conclusions for self-consistency; (5) **GILE integration** of evidence across all four dimensions. TIRSM is not a departure from rigor — it is the formalization of what the best scientists actually do, made explicit and teachable.
