Objectives: To evaluate the synergistic clinical benefits of low-level laser therapy combined with flapless implant placement using piezosurgical techniques. Methods: Published clinical evidence related to flapless implant placement using piezosurgery combined with low-level laser therapy was reviewed. Parameters evaluated included healing outcomes, inflammation control, osseointegration efficiency, implant success rate, and marginal bone preservation. Results: The combined use of piezosurgery and low-level laser therapy demonstrated reduced postoperative inflammation, enhanced soft tissue healing, improved osseointegration, and lower marginal bone loss. Clinical reports also indicated higher patient comfort and improved implant success rates. Variability in laser parameters such as wavelength and dosage was noted across studies. Conclusions: The integration of low-level laser therapy with flapless piezo-assisted implant placement provides a synergistic approach that enhances biological healing and clinical outcomes. Standardization of laser protocols is required to optimize therapeutic benefits.
