Does surgical septal myectomy reduce the incidence of appropriate ICD discharge and risk for SCD in patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy?
Surgical septal myectomy in obstructive HCM is associated with a marked reduction in appropriate ICD discharges and sudden cardiac death risk.
