Mathematical modeling examines pharmacokinetics of radiopharmaceuticals, suggesting improved diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
Radiopharmaceutical pharmacokinetics is fundamental in nuclear medicine because diagnostic andtherapeutic performance depends on transport, uptake, redistribution, and clearance. In this work, acompartmental mathematical model is developed for the time evolution of a radiopharmaceutical in a two-compartment system. Ordinary differential equations are used to represent transfer between blood andtissue together with biological elimination. Analytical properties, mass balance, equilibrium tendencies, and cumulative exposure are discussed. The model provides an accessible math
