Key Points

The research aims to design and verify a lightweight hardware security SoC for enhanced security in fabless chip fabrication.
Designed SiliconForge Security SoC V3.0 for fabless tapeout on SKY130 process.
Integrated a 64-stage RO-PUF, a 6-state anomaly detection FSM, and an ARX hash engine.
Verified the design using Icarus Verilog 12.0 with 61 test cases on EDA Playground.
Achieved a 100% pass rate on core modules during verification.
Successfully generated a 64-bit chip-unique fingerprint with Hamming weight of 32/64.
Demonstrated zero-cycle alert latency in anomaly detection with dual-threshold locking.
