Open House International, Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print. https://doi.org/10.1108/OHI-10-2025-0332 incorrectly published the affiliation of author Yao Zhang as “Soochow University, Suzhou, China”. This has now been updated to “Soochow College, Soochow University, Suzhou, China”.This error was introduced during the publication process, for which the publisher apologises.
