Population

Heart failure (HF) patients with left bundle branch block (LBBB) undergoing cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)

Intervention

Right or left QRS axis deviation

Outcome

Prognosis

In heart failure patients with LBBB receiving CRT, the presence of right or left axis deviation serves as an independent predictor of poor prognosis.

Right or left axis deviation in the presence of LBBB in HF patients undergoing CRT are independent predictors of poor prognosis.
