Demonstrates that dark matter phenomena can be explained by actualization-density in distinct observational regimes, suggesting new insights.
Relational Actualism (RA) prohibits causally silent dark matter candidates structurally: a 100 GeV WIMP generates 10^25--10^38 times less actualization flux than equivalent baryonic matter, falling categorically below the threshold for gravitational lensing. This paper demonstrates that the observed phenomenology attributed to dark matter is accounted for by the actualization-density field of RA, without invoking any new particle species, across four distinct observational regimes. Rotation curves. The 2D cylindrical Laplacian of λ gives Σ_λ ∝ 1/R for exponential disk profiles, producing flat rotation curves with v_flat^2 = ξ/(2r_d) (RA-native derivation). In the sparse halo regime, the Durhuus-Jonsson-Wheater theorem for Lorentzian graphs gives ∝ r, from which the Tully-Fisher relation v_flat^4 ∝ M follows by causal flux conservation. Bullet Cluster. The A_RA(stellar)/A_RA(gas) ratio of ∼ 10^8 causes lensing to trace the stellar component dynamically, without requiring a dark matter halo or leaving a trailing gravitational wake. Galaxy-galaxy lensing. The DJW logarithmic potential gives the convergence profile κ(b) = v_flat^2/(4GΣ_crb), cutting off at the baryonic edge R_baryon ∼ 150--300 kpc. The Einstein radius is θ_E ≈ 0.47 arcsec for a Milky-Way analog, consistent with observed strong-lensing systems. Hubble tension. A bandwidth-partition model gives H_local ≈ 73.1 km s^-1 Mpc^-1 from the KBC void. New falsifiable prediction: the Eridanus supervoid (δ ≈ -0.30) should give H ≈ 75.9 km s^-1 Mpc^-1. Two hard walls remain fully open (quantitative Bullet Cluster lensing; Weyl curvature sourcing); three others are substantially resolved following results in RAGC and RASM. All are precisely scoped for collaborators.
