Smart Salon Booking and Management System This paper presents the design and development of a Smart Salon Booking and Management System aimed at digitizing traditional salon operations. The system allows users to locate nearby salons, select services, and book appointments in real time through a user-friendly mobile application. It eliminates common issues such as long waiting times, double bookings, and inefficient manual scheduling. The proposed system consists of two main components: a customer application and a shop owner application, both connected through a centralized backend developed using Python and a MySQL database. The system ensures real-time synchronization of booking data and provides secure authentication for users. Experimental results demonstrate improved efficiency, reduced waiting time, and enhanced user satisfaction. The system is scalable and can be extended with additional features such as online payment integration and AI-based recommendations. This work highlights the importance of digital transformation in improving service-based industries.
