Introduction: This study aimed to formulate, characterize, and evaluate quercetinloaded mucoadhesive tablets using natural polymers for sustained release and effective gastric ulcer treatment. background: Peptic ulcer disease (PUD) is a prevalent gastrointestinal disorder categorized by ulcer location: gastric ulcers in the stomach, esophageal ulcers in the esophagus, and duodenal ulcers in the duodenum .
