Four new compounds, including two phenylethanoid glycosides (1-2) and two alkyl glycosides (3-4), as well as five known ones (5-9), were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Siraitia grosvenorii after purification using D-101 macroporous resin and subsequent elution with 20% ethanol. Among the known compounds, compounds 6, 7, and 9 were obtained from S. grosvenorii for the first time. The in vitro anti-inflammatory activity assay showed that at a concentration of 10 µM, compounds 1, 2, 4-6, and 9 had certain inhibitory effects on LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells.
