This paper presents data on the dynamic assessment of the morphophysiological traits of aromatic spice species exposed to light of varying spectral compositions using a 3D laser scanner. It was found that the effects of light spectra on the studied plant parameters in vitro are species-specific. Effective lighting regimes were identified for microclones of Thymus citrodorus, Melissa officinalis (variety Kadril), and Hyssopus seravschanicus during the adaptation stage. It was found that optimal spectral light regimes during the in vitro plant adaptation stage not only help reduce losses of produced planting material but also offer new opportunities for increasing the yield of high-quality planting material.
