Paper 025 established a one-anchor reconstruction of the five zang and the twelve principal meridians from the H4 / 600-cell formalism. The present paper, Paper 026, develops the next layer of that framework. Using the same 600-cell state space and the previously fixed one-anchor assignment Kidney = Water, we formalize four further modules: (i) an extraordinary-vessel layer in which the eight extraordinary vessels are mapped to the eight vertices of a 16-cell embedded in the 24-cell/600-cell hierarchy; (ii) a luo-connecting layer in which the fifteen luo networks are interpreted through the complete graph K6 on the six meridian levels; (iii) a syndrome-geometric layer in which the eight-principle pairs, six-meridian stratification, and qi-blood-water distinctions are expressed as coordinates or strata in the 4D / 24-cell / 600-cell setting; (iv) a Kampo-optimization layer in which classical prescriptions and a new candidate prescription are represented in a finite-dimensional vector formalism, with Jun-Chen-Zuo-Shi roles interpreted geometrically. In addition, the implementation records a set of prospective geometric hypotheses concerning Earth duality, non-commutative left-right asymmetry, hidden-vertex structure, and phi-scaled response windows. As in Paper 025, we distinguish exact statements inside the formal model from algorithmic constructions and from prospective biomedical hypotheses. The integrated implementation reports 62/62 verification checks passed. The aim is to provide a mathematically explicit, inspectable, and partly falsifiable extension platform rather than a clinically validated medical system.
