The study demonstrates a method for selecting measurement parameters to enhance rotor speed analysis in gas turbine engines, suggesting effective operational practices.
A method is proposed for selecting measurement parameters of periodic signal in order to calculate the rotor speed in gas turbine engines for purposes of high-frequency vibration analysis. Recommended operational parameters of the algorithm ensuring the required accuracy have been determined. The proposed methodology proves effective and is currently used in vibration diagnostic systems for gas turbine engines.
