This short communication illustrates how arts-based research reveals individuality in tourism experiences, suggesting new understanding methodologies.
Within tourism studies, interest in the relationship between tourism and art has grown, yet most research has approached art primarily as “object” or “content.” This short communication considers the potential of Arts-Based Research (ABR) as an emerging methodological and pedagogical approach in tourism.
