We herein report a mechanochemical protocol for the synthesis of alkylmanganese reagents via the direct reaction of alkyl bromides with manganese metal, followed by one‐pot deuteration. This solvent‐less and additive‐free methodology facilitates efficient dehalogenative deuteration under ambient conditions within 1 h, establishing a practical paradigm for alkylmanganese reagent synthesis and offering a versatile approach for dehalogenative deuteration.
