Excavations of footing trenches and a ground reduction were monitored. At least 22 graves containing the remains of 23 individual were uncovered, along with 12 earlier pits. The graves likely form part of the early Medieval graveyard of St Michael's Church, but there is eth possibility that some could predate the (13th-century) church..
