Evaluates deterministic state selection and gravitational scaling phenomena, suggesting new theoretical frameworks.
We formalize the Phase Shift Protocol (PSP), providing a structured mapping betweenmicroscopic dissipative dynamics and macroscopic galactic kinematics. This framework sug-gests that non-linear state selection in quantum systems and mass-discrepancy phenomenain celestial dynamics may be consistently described within a common theoretical frameworkrooted in the topological impedance of the vacuum. By deriving an effective scaling behaviorfor the phase index q, we show that the asymptotic stabilization of the topological modulus(q≈1)isconsistentwithlogarithmiccorrectionsintheeffectiveenergydensity. Theprotocolprovides a unified perspective that connects deterministic geometric flows with large-scalegravitational phenomena, offering a potential alternative to stochastic measurement postu-lates and phenomenological dark sector models.
