Theoretical analysis identifies boundaries for identity persistence during transformations, suggesting implications for understanding systems.
Every theory of change assumes that systems persist. None specifies the structural domain within which persistence is possible at all. La Profilée does not introduce another model of transformation. It derives the only structurally admissible boundary conditions under which identity under transformation can exist. This paper states the consequence: identity is not given, not fundamental, and not guaranteed. It exists only within a structurally bounded domain. Outside that domain, no non-trivial persistence predicate can be defined.
