Measurement of troponin T levels and coronary angioscopy

Outcome

Presence of coronary thrombussurrogate

Elevated troponin T levels in NSTE-ACS are strongly associated with the presence of coronary thrombus as visualized by angioscopy.

Using angioscopy, the elevated troponin T levels in NSTE-ACS were confirmed to be strongly associated with the presence of coronary thrombus.
