What are the clinical and electrophysiological risk factors for ventricular fibrillation in patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome?
In patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, a history of atrial fibrillation, reciprocating tachycardia, multiple accessory pathways, and rapid conduction over the accessory pathway are associated with increased susceptibility to ventricular fibrillation.
