Angiography enables in vivo visualization of intramyocardial sinusoids in pulmonary atresia; extends autopsy observations but leaves open clinical relevance.
This report demonstrates that abnormal intramyocardial sinusoids in pulmonary-valve atresia with intact ventricular septum, previously only seen in autopsy, can be visualized in vivo using angiography.
