Bradycardia was independently predicted by baseline heart rate < 60 beats/min (OR 4.9, P < 0.001) and beta-blocker therapy (OR 2.9, P < 0.001), while nausea/vomiting risks rose with anesthetic additives (OR 3.0–6.3, P ≤ 0.003) and procaine use (OR 2.6–4.4, P ≤ 0.003).
