This Manifesto describes the actual structure of reality as derived in the Relational Ontology Framework (ROF). It is not a metaphor. It is not one interpretation among many. It is the logical consequence of grounding existence in the only non-associative normed division algebra: the octonions (\ (O\) ). You, the reader, are a recursive configuration of the same eight conditions that generate hydrogen atoms, dark energy, and the thoughts you are thinking right now. This document explains how that is possible, and what it demands of us. We build upon Relational Quantum Mechanics (Rovelli) but go further, dissolving the notion of solid matter and replacing it with the phase dynamics of a single, non-associative Primordial Relational Field (PRF).
