Genome assembly reveals the structure of Sabellastarte sp. h YS-2021, highlighting microbial diversity.
<ns3:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual <ns3:italic>Sabellastarte</ns3:italic> sp. h YS-2021 (feather duster worm; Annelida; Polychaeta; Sabellida; Sabellidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 1 786.39 megabases. Most of the assembly (97.94%) is scaffolded into 14 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 15.35 kilobases. From the metagenome data, we recovered 5 bins, of which one was a high-quality MAG. </ns3:p>
