Case report of bilateral lens coloboma causing secondary glaucoma, highlighting its implications for vision.
Lens coloboma, a rare congenital anomaly results from developmental defects in the zonules and the ciliary body, characterized by notching at the equator of the lens usually in the inferior quadrant. It can be associated with other congenital ocular/systemic anomalies that can impact vision as well as requiring intervention for the systemic cause. We present a case of Bilateral Isolated Lens Coloboma with Secondary angle closure glaucoma from the central part of India.
