Determines the lawful threshold for claimable standing under admissibility, indicating implications for legal frameworks.
This paper determines the first lawful threshold at which Candidate Retention no longer suffices and Standing first becomes claimable under Admissibility. It begins from the strongest lawful verdict of the candidacy line—Candidate Retention under farther burden—and asks what must now be shown before retention ceases to remain merely candidate-level. The threshold is crossed only where retention is no longer optional without structural loss, so that the configuration must now be claimable as retained as itself rather than merely carried forward as the same candidate-level object. This crossing is non-smooth: it is not secured by stronger continuity, greater burden-bearing force, or stronger candidate-level persistence alone, but by a different verdict under a different burden. The gain is exact and limited. Standing becomes lawfully claimable here, while Irreducible Standing, Non-bypassability, localization, Payload, and Irreducible Closure remain downstream questions.
