Evaluates the efficacy of topical Rosmarinus officinalis extract in patients with complex coagulation profiles, indicating rapid healing.
This project presents an original methodology for the high-purity extraction of Rosmarinus officinalis using a specialized closed-system dry distillation technique. The study focuses on isolating key bioactive compounds, specifically 1,8-cineole and lipid-rich fractions, ensuring maximum potency and biochemical stability. To evaluate the dermatological safety profile, an in vivo auto-validation assay was performed using the highly concentrated hydroalcoholic flush collected from the distillation apparatus rinse. Topical application of this concentrated wash induced acute cellular hyperreactivity, characterized by intense, severe localized burning and structural hyperemia. The subsequent application of pure Hypericum perforatum oil acted as an immediate biochemical buffer, providing rapid mitigation of the intense burning sensation. Clinical tracking demonstrated an ultra-fast therapeutic timeline, inducing a gradual, step-by-step reduction of the localized erythema, achieving complete tissue resolution within a record 6-to-7-hour window overnight. By the following morning, total epithelial regeneration was observed with zero residual dermatological discomfort. Furthermore, the extraction process is designed for clinical applications, specifically targeting chronic venous stasis, lymphedema, and localized ecchymosis resorption in patients where invasive interventions are contraindicated, such as those with complex coagulation profiles. Initial biochemical analysis confirms the structural integrity of the extract, making it a viable candidate for topical clinical therapeutic formulations.
