Online Social Networking has gained tremendous popularity amongst the masses. It is usual for the users of Online Social Networks (OSNs) to share information with friends however they lose privacy. Privacy has become an important concern in online social networks. Users are unaware of the privacy risks involved when they share their sensitive information in the network. In this paper, we discussed Privacy Index (PIDX) which is used to measure a user's privacy exposure in a social network. We have also described and calculated the Privacy Quotient (PQ) i.e. a metric to measure the privacy of the user's profile using the naive approach.
