Early detection of natural disasters and reliable notification to emergency responders are crucial. However, existing notification systems rely on wired communication networks which have a risk of cable damage due to disaster. To avoid such risks, we argue the necessity of a nationwide wireless mesh network for disaster notification. In this paper, we propose methods for generating notification paths that satisfy fault tolerance, for constructing a wireless mesh network using disaster management equipment in a building. Experimental results show that notification paths can be generated in a short time while keeping the probability of isolated nodes low.
