Abstract: Chinese excellent traditional culture is a valuable resource of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. As the main body of Ideological and political education, teachers' humanistic quality directly determines the effect of traditional culture integration. Based on the research practice of some colleges and universities in Hebei Province, this paper takes "finding problems, analyzing problems, and solving problems" as the core logic, sorts out the prominent problems existing in the process of the current integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities and the improvement of teachers' humanistic quality, deeply analyzes the root causes of the problems, and finally puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures, so as to provide practical reference for promoting the deep integration of traditional culture and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities and improving teachers' humanistic quality.
