Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming employability patterns, research practices, and ethical considerations across multiple sectors. In this evolving digital era, libraries are shifting from traditional information centers to intelligent knowledge hubs that support skill development, advanced research, and responsible information usage. This study examines the role of AI-enabled libraries in enhancing employability opportunities, improving research efficiency, and strengthening ethical awareness among users. A qualitative and analytical research approach was adopted, involving in-depth interviews, thematic analysis of user experiences, and critical examination of AI-based library services. The findings indicate that smart library technologies significantly contribute to digital skill acquisition, streamline scholarly research processes, and promote ethical practices related to data privacy and equitable access to information. The study emphasizes the growing importance of AI-integrated libraries in fostering a knowledgeable, skilled, and ethically conscious society.
