This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P19 derives the emergence of an SU(3) symmetry from the discrete informational geometry underlying the framework. By analyzing the relational and geometric organization of informational degrees of freedom, the paper shows how higher-rank non-Abelian symmetry structures naturally arise without being postulated at the fundamental level. The resulting SU(3) sector provides the structural basis for the emergence of strong-interaction–like dynamics and confinement-related phenomena developed in subsequent papers. This work extends the framework to encompass richer symmetry structures beyond the SU(2) sector. While this paper can be read independently, its full significance becomes clear only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
