Internet now a days are growing tremendously in all the sectors. This era has been taken over by digitalization, where the marketers are moving towards digital marketing, which markets the products and services through the use of digital technologies there by gaining reviews and converting them into retained customers. The retained customers are tested with the levels of satisfaction through which the digitalization is measured. The study has been done to find out the reasons behind digital marketing and its level of satisfaction towards customer. In this study, we looked at the relationship between business and four different capabilities—the ability to retain customers, to sense marketing, to link customers, and to fulfill clients. We also assessed the mediating role of customer satisfaction in this relationship. According to the results, customer happiness correlates positively with marketing sensing skills, customer connection abilities, and customer retention capabilities, and customer happiness positively correlates with organizational success. Furthermore, the results showed that customer satisfaction is highly correlated with the correlation between promotional strategies and organizational outcomes, and that business intentions significantly influence the correlation between marketing sensing capabilities, customer-retention capabilities, customer-linking capabilities, and customer fulfillment.
