The article provides a comprehensive analysis of management methods at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in the context of modern digital transformation. The evolution of traditional cascade management models, the transition to the integration of digital technologies (cloud services, Big Data, Internet of Things, blockchain) is considered. Digitalization of management processes helps optimize resource allocation, reduce operating costs and improve the quality of decisions, which is important in conditions of high uncertainty and seasonality in the agricultural sector. Using the example of companies, we analyzed developments and unique tools for implementing digital control systems and increasing efficiency in enterprises. A table of evolutions of management methods in agriculture is provided; the key elements of digital transformation are considered. The purpose of the article is to consider the features of management methods in agricultural enterprises.
