Randomized trial shows improved resilience in healthcare organizations, indicating effective strategies for integration.
This paper examines strategies for enhancing the resilience of healthcare organizations through the integration of management practices, digitalization, and human capital development. Human health is recognized as a universal value, and its improvement contributes to improved quality of life and sustainable economic development. In this context, digitalization and technological innovation in healthcare are viewed as key tools for ensuring process efficiency, focus, and the achievement of results aimed at improving the health of individuals and society. Based on an analysis of literature and empirical data from 12 Russian regional hospitals, a "triple unity" model (management, digitalization, and human capital) is proposed, which improves financial, operational, and social resilience. The study results highlight the role of a systems approach in the strategy for enhancing the resilience of healthcare organizations through the integration of management, digitalization, and human capital.
