Does early spontaneous reperfusion or successful PTCR improve chronic phase cardiac function in patients with first transmural myocardial infarction?
Does early spontaneous reperfusion or successful PTCR improve chronic phase cardiac function in patients with first transmural myocardial infarction?
Early spontaneous reperfusion accelerates CPK washout and is associated with better preserved chronic cardiac function in acute myocardial infarction.
Supports preserved chronic function with reperfusion at equivalent CPK; leaves open causal confirmation in randomized trials.
