This paper discusses the humanand system-based fuzziness and entropy leading to incompatibility between people and their working environments, It is argued that ever since the Prehistoric Times, people developed as fuzzy human beings, thinking and cornmunicating in fuzzy terms and using fuzzy logic, and working in fuzzy environments.
