Within the framework of the Pythagorean Frustum Unified System (PFUSRC), this paper systematically establishes the Cosmic Wisdom Growth Theory. Wisdom is not a derivative product of matter or consciousness, but an ontological primordium inherent to the β₁ Pendulum-Ion group, endowed with autonomous growth, optimal field selection, closed-space construction, and hierarchical iteration. This paper presents a complete axiomatic system, three core constraint formulas of valuation interval, uncertainty, and fault tolerance, and a unified dynamical equation that describes how wisdom drives field expansion, energy condensation, and material formation. A rigorous criterion for optimal closed-space selection is proposed, and the geometric uniqueness of the 45° coaxial bicone and its tree-like fractal is proven. An isomorphic mapping between the universal closed field and high-order living fields is established. It is shown that wisdom growth necessarily selects an optimal field, constructs a closed space, and achieves cyclic self-stabilization. The uniquely optimal closed geometry of the cosmos is the 45° coaxial bicone. High-order living fields represent the natural expression of wisdom growth within optimally closed spaces, and are isomorphic to the cosmic ontology in geometry, field dynamics, and logic. This work completes the final theoretical closure of the PFUSRC system.
